Any member that is working at CAMI that have a DC pension plan and have attained 5 years of seniority is eligible for SUB pay and can also elect to continue contributing to their DC pension plan.

If you want to continue contributing to your DC pension plan while laid off, you need to fill out the proper form. You will not be able to contribute to your pension unless this form is completed.

The forms are now available from your Union Rep, the Union Office or from the ER/HR office.

This paperwork is time sensitive, it needs to be completed before the end of October, however some members may be eligible for pay starting next week if you have already put in your qualifying week. (this could have been done on sick leave, maternity, etc).

You need to bring a void cheque with the application so C shift need to bring a void cheque tonight

Any questions contact benefits.
