You will receive reminder emails from Simply voting up until the end of voting on Monday.
The Ratification meeting will be held on Zoom tomorrow
Sunday January 17th, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.

The ratification vote will take place on Sunday, January 17th, 2021 starting at 10:30 a.m. and will close at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, January 18th, 2021.
Due to public health guidelines and restrictions on public gatherings, ratification votes will be held electronically. However, in-person electronic voting will be made available at Local 88 Hall on Sunday, January 17 between 10:30AM to 2:30PM.
COVID-19 guidelines will be in effect and adhered to, so only 2 people will be able to enter the hall to vote at a time.
Canadian firm Simply Voting Inc. has been hired as the independent third-party voting provider. In order to ensure privacy, ballots will be encrypted and stored anonymously on Simply Voting’s Canadian servers. Unifor will not be able to access your ballot or voting receipt.
Ratification results will be certified by Simply Voting.
You are responsible for casting your vote before voting closes on Monday, January 18th at 10:30 a.m. ET. Results will be made public on January 18th after all vote counts have been determined.
If you have not yet received your email from Simply voting please check your spam/junk/offers/promotions folders. As well you can find the search area in your email and type in vote@simplyvoting.com to find it that way.
