EI Benefit Repayment Process Update:
HR & Payroll are currently working on setting up the EI Benefit repayment process (formerly known as EI Clawback). During this configuration period, please ensure you can access and log in to Workday, as this will be the platform for uploading your application and supporting documentation.
If you encounter login issues, follow these steps:
- Ensure you are using the correct username and password.
- Clear your browser cache or try a different browser.
- If problems persist, contact People Services directly at gmnapeopleservices.us@gm.com or call 1-800-930-9130 for assistance.
- You can reset your password using https://gmid.gm.com/gmidStatic
The payroll code is still not set up.
