Attention members: We have been made aware that someone is sending emails claiming to be Brent Tree, our former president. These emails are not being sent by Unifor Local 88.
or Brent.
If you receive one of these emails, please:
- Do not click any links in the message
- Check the sender’s email address carefully — if it does not come from an official Unifor Local 88 address, it is not legitimate
- Delete the email immediately
- Report it – If you have received one of these emails, please send us a screenshot to allanfisher@unifor88.ca so we can track it.
Stay vigilant and protect your personal information. When in doubt, contact the Local directly to verify any communications you receive.
Please note that the only direct email communication you should receive from the Local over the next few weeks will be the voting links for the upcoming elections.
Unless, of course, you are dealing directly with one of our Reps.
