Auto Talks 2026 – Updates

Negotiations between the Unifor Master Bargaining Committee and Ford are ongoing. We encourage all members to visit https://autotalks.uniforautohub.ca/ for the most up-to-date information. Once an agreement is reached and ratified with Ford, Unifor will select the next company (GM or Stellantis) to continue the pattern negotiations.

LATEST FORD UPDATE:

Unifor is continuing talks today with Ford Motor Company to reach a new tentative agreement for all 5,150 union members employed at Ford facilities in Canada.

Negotiations took place throughout the night and into this morning. The Master Bargaining Committee made the decision to continue negotiations based on productive discussions with the company overnight.

We remain steadfast in our commitment to achieving a fair tentative agreement. Continue to monitor for updates on autotalks.ca, email, and Unifor’s social media channels.
