Bargaining Worker Power Summit – Unifor Canada Council

The bargaining summit held during Unifor Canada Council (Aug 17 2023) caps off a year-long project that included strategy sessions across the country to gather input directly from members and retirees. When workers come together to listen, learn, and strategize together, we achieve historic collective agreements.
The resulting program is an important guide for locals on how to address common issues at the bargaining table. Locals continue to set their own priorities to address unique workplace issues.
