Unifor Local 88 Unit # 2 AWC Ingersoll members ratified a new 3-year agreement today. I would like to thank the membership at AWC Ingersoll for showing confidence in their bargaining committee to bring back a tentative agreement that would be acceptable to the membership.
Included in the 3-year agreement were wage increases of 11 % over the 3-years. Improvements in their benefits, including a long over due increase in their pension plan.
