There has been an increase in the number of letters being sent out by Service Canada to members this week. These are integrity letters and we cannot clear these through our normal channels. They need to be filled out and returned to the address on the letter.
If you receive one of these letters, please obtain your paystubs for any of the weeks listed on the letter and then reach out to us in benefits. This can be obtained through Workday or by calling GMNA People Services @ 1-800-930-9130. We can help guide you on how to fill out these letters to least impact your benefits once we see the paystubs.
As a side note, we will not be at the union hall on December 4 & 5. If you have benefits issue please feel free to reach out via our phone numbers on those days and we will work to assist you. We are away in Toronto for Ontario Regional Council, but will still be happy to assist when we can.
