On Saturday October 19, CAMI Assembly is hosting EV Day + an Open House – Doors Open 11:00am – 5:00pm

For the first time since launching Canada’s first all-electric manufacturing site, we will be showcasing GMs exciting EV line-up + our great manufacturing facilities. This team is more than ready to celebrate. Don’t miss out on this exciting event!

*Each employee can bring up to 3 non-GM employee guests, who must be accompanied by the employee.

- Drive an EV at the EV Drive Experience – Test drive vehicles* (active GM employees only) from GM’s extensive EV line up
- Visit the EV Learning Labs Learn about charging, infrastructure, and the latest EV technologies with subject matter experts.
- Visit our Electric Avenue zone and check out GM exciting EV lineup, Food Concessions. Merchandise, games, music and more +++
- Take a Plant tour starting and ending on Electric Avenue
- Support United Way Oxford and other community partners.
- Join in the Fun activities for all ages ++ more
Here is what you need to know!
- Your GMIN is required for entry to the event and all non-GM employee guests are required to enter with you. Retirees can enter their retirement date if they don’t have a GMIN
- Each employee may bring up to 3 non-GM employee guests, who must be accompanied by the employee.
- Children aged 0 to 18 years old are considered guests and must be included in your 3 guests allowed
- EV Test Drives are provided throughout the day and are available on a first come first serve basis

Two volunteer times (11am-2pm & 2pm-5pm) are available so volunteers can still enjoy the day with their guests.
