General Membership Meeting Signup Form

With the current limits on the number of people that can be at a gathering we have come up with a signup form to give those interested a way to attend the GMM on October 25, 2020 and a way for us to do our due diligence. It will also help us keep a record of attendees in case we need to contact trace.

Please note if you are not on the signup list you will not be allowed entry.
