With the wonderful weather finally here, it is time to think about Summer Shutdown.
The Company has put out a memo asking people to sign up if they want to work Summer Shutdown. (memo Attached)
Signing up means you are going to work summer shutdown IF the company needs you to run during that time (Weeks of July 5th and/or July 12th)
Be aware that it is entirely possible that the company is unable to run that period and you would be required to take your vacation time during shutdown as usual if you do not work.
Details of future plans, including the Summer Shutdown, are being prepared for a Local 88 Information Video to be released later this week.
