Unifor Local 88 is looking to add up to 8 members to the Election Committee for the upcoming Triennial elections and going forward. If you are interested in becoming a member of the Election Committee, please submit your name. current email(personal) and phone number to Unifor Local 88 President Brent Tree at brenttree@unifor88.ca. Deadline to submit your information is Friday February 2, 2024 at 3:00 pm.
To be eligible to join the Election Committee a member must be in good standing and can not hold an elected or appointed position in the Local. Please note that any and all meetings and/or votes held on weekends are unpaid.
If more than 8 people apply to the election committee, names will be randomly selected and those people will be contacted by the Election Committee Chairperson.
