Please check you received this important email and review it carefully:
The email will include:
– Meeting information
– A link to contract information (available Sunday 17th, If tentative agreed upon)
– Passwords and links you will need to attend the meeting and to vote.
A password will not be required for the zoom meeting. Just click on the link.
Please keep the email accessible as you will need the information Sunday.
The meeting link and access code will not be posted on the website so it is important to check if you received this e mail.
If you cant find the email in your inbox and you have registered your email with us, please check your other mail folders junk, special offers etc. or use your search function to search for Simply Voting some email providers move emails if they don’t recognize the address its coming from.
This is a common problem.
After checking these folders if you still cant find the email call or email us and we WILL help you. Don’t wait until Sunday, the sooner we know the better.
