Members who started a new Regular EI claim as of November 8th may not have received a SUB payment.
Please contact us at the Local 88 Benefits office.
The internal system with Service Canada EI has kicked SUB codes off and payroll is not receiving the data.
You will need to provide us with your SIN# in order to contact EI to add a SUB code and generate a letter.
The Benefits Reps will add the SUB code and have a letter generated that will be mailed out to the member by Service Canada. Once you receive that letter, please bring it to the Benefits office to ensure it gets to Payroll.
