We have finally reached Stage 3.
This means that we can hold in-person meetings of up to 25 members as of July 16, 2021
At the meeting we need to hold our Executive Board elections
The positions are Chair, Vice Chair, Recording Secretary, Financial Secretary, Sergeant-At-Arms, and 2 Trustees.
Any one interested in trying for a position need to send in a written notification
All protocols will still be in effect.(masks, social distancing, etc)
Until such time that we can have wide open meetings with unlimited attendance, you will have to sign up ahead of any gathering.
ONLY the first 25 can be admitted, and this number has to include anyone else in the building.
Please be sure to notify either me (immigrate1957@gmail.com) or Doug at (dg_hwy@yahoo.ca) if you intend to participate. (Include your spouse if they are coming)
Our first meeting in more than 18 months shall take place on September 08, 2021 at 10 am in the union hall..
