The company has released the return to work plan. We have been told there are now enough semi-conductors to get us back to work on one shift. The goal would be to start with a two shift operation on December 6. This will depend on parts but that is the plan going forward. There is no plan for mandatory Saturday overtime in November.
We are in talks with the company and will have further updates for members who cannot work in November and need to take the time off; family obligations, notice to current employer, or other reasons. Team members on the same team opposite shift will be contacted to see if they are available to cover the openings. We have two shifts of members and only one shift is required, so there will be lots of opportunities for both scenarios to happen.
