The Union has been made aware that letters are going out to members who have not yet completed the vaccination attestation.  (the survey regarding your vaccination status)
The deadline to complete the survey is December 1, 2021.

Any member who fails to complete the survey will have their badge deactivated as of December 2 and put on an unpaid LOA.

If you’re on layoff next week (week of November 29 – December 3) your EI and SUB payments will stop as of December 2. You may be unable to collect EI or SUB benefits if you have not completed the survey and are placed on an LOA.

This is only for completing the survey!! You do have the right to go back into the survey and update your answer at any time if you have indicated any option other than “I am fully vaccinated”.
