After hearing of the news Bill shared today, the Union will be making a video next week to update our members on questions we have been getting.
The news is very disappointing; however, the EV sales have not been what we had hoped for up to this time. Please give us a few days to find some answers and we will have a video out next week. Any questions, please email them to mike.vanboekel@gm.com. The benefit reps will also be providing information on filing claims, etc for the battery members who have not had to deal with layoffs for a longer period of time.
We will also have an update on the vacation accrual process on the upcoming video.
We are in the midst of an early winter blast of weather, stay safe, and we will talk next week.
