The contract changes that were negotiated are now active with Green Shield. If you go to check coverages, it should now show the updates that were expected. If you have used your benefits after Sept 22, 2024 and have not submitted your claims, you may submit them now. If you had submitted and were not paid at the new contract coverage amounts, you may need to contact Green Shield to have them reprocessed at the new coverage. Any questions about coverage, please reach out to either Green Shield or your Benefits Representatives. Green Shield now utilizes a call back feature, so you won’t end up on hold for a large amount of time.
