If your on an active EI claim and it has been frozen, or you have received a letter from CRA, you need to contact us.

The main issue surrounds people on IMP.

Service Canada has sent the IMP payments to the CRA for a ruling on whether the earnings from IMP are insurable or not.

It has become extremely frustrating.
